The solo show "Transcender" was an immersive art installation and performance, including neon signs, wallpapers, and images made out of soft childlike materials. The gallery was transformed into a playful meditative sanctuary. It was divided into four colorful rooms: two distorted "boy" & "girl" rooms, a male-female energy balance area, and the 'Transcender' - a VR playroom that invited viewers to transcend (gender) identity through a cartoonish-meditative journey. At the depth of my work was the intention to include and invite the audience into a personal journey – a journey of gender transition and constant change, which although involving many difficulties, turned out to be a spiritual journey path that allowed slowing down, contemplation, living in the moment, and accepting reality as it is.
